Privacy notice

The Service is a signed-in workspace for unit economics. You create an account. We store the information you submit so the Service can calculate and display cost, price, margin, break-even, inventory, and a comparison of business results to household figures you enter. This notice applies to the public product. It does not cover sites or services we do not control.

Using the Service is also covered by the terms of use.

Account information. Email address, password credentials handled by our authentication provider, an optional display name, and session data needed to keep you signed in.

Workspace content you provide. Information you type, upload, or generate in the Service, including business and product records, costs, prices, volumes, channels, overhead, funding and loan terms, inventory and loss records, monthly logs, household income and essential bills, scenarios, template starters, currencies, and files you choose to import.

Security and use information. Sign-in and password-reset attempts (including the identifier used and, where available, a network address), and limited device storage used to keep a session and remember your last view. We do not run advertising or analytics pixels on the Service.

We do not ask for government ID, date of birth, a home address, or payment-card details. The Service is not connected to a payment provider, bank, or tax authority. A location group is a label you type, not a reading from your device.

We use this information to:

• provide, maintain, and secure the Service, including sign-in and abuse prevention
• store your workspace and show it only to the account that created it
• calculate and display results from the figures you stored
• process an export, import, or report you request
• send account mail you request, such as a password reset
• comply with law and protect the Service, users, or others from harm

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use workspace content to train models. We do not read your workspace to market other products to you.

Your workspace is scoped to your account. Other users of the Service cannot open it. Anyone with your login can.

We use service providers to host the Service, store data, authenticate accounts, send transactional mail, and deliver site resources such as typefaces. They process information on our instructions to operate the Service, not to sell it.

We may disclose information if we believe it is required by law, or if we must protect the Service or a person from serious harm. We may also transfer information in connection with a reorganization or transfer of the Service, subject to this notice or a successor notice.

We keep workspace content until you delete it or the account is closed. Archived items remain until you restore or remove them. Security logs are kept only as long as needed to operate lockout and abuse controls. Files you download are stored on your device. We do not keep a separate archive of those downloads.

While signed in, you may:

• access and correct workspace content in the Service
• delete businesses, products, household items, scenarios, and other records you entered
• export a copy of your workspace from the Data screen
• sign out, which ends the session on that browser

Signing out does not delete the account. Deleting workspace records removes those figures. Closing the login itself is not yet offered as a self-serve control. Until a request channel is published, clearing the workspace is how you remove the figures you entered.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights to access, correct, delete, or object to certain processing. Use the in-product tools first. Export covers the figures you typed.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information, including encrypted transport and account-scoped storage. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. You are responsible for your password and for who you allow to use the account.

The Service is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe we have, delete the workspace content and stop using the account.

You may use the Service from more than one country. Information may be stored or processed in a country other than your own. We do not convert amounts from one currency into another.

We may update this notice. The date at the top is the version that applies. If we make a material change, including a new category of information, a new kind of recipient, or a charge for the Service, we will update this page. Continued use after that date is acceptance of the updated notice.
